What we collect. When an evangelist registers for a GFTI Conference, we collect the details on the registration form: name, GFTI code, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, email (optional), place and state of residence, ministry details, food and health information needed to look after you at the conference, an emergency contact, travel details and assembly details. We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, bank or date-of-birth details through this website or the registration form.
How we use it. Only to organise the conference: to confirm your registration, plan accommodation, food, health support and travel reimbursement, and to contact you about the conference on WhatsApp.
Messages. We send conference messages only by WhatsApp, through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), to the WhatsApp number you give us. To stop receiving them, reply “STOP” or write to us at office@gfti.org.in.
Sharing. We do not sell or share your details with anyone. They are handled only by the GFTI office team and the service providers that host our systems and deliver our WhatsApp messages (data hosting in India; WhatsApp delivery through Meta).
Keeping your data. We keep registration details for as long as they are needed for the conference and GFTI’s records, and then delete them or keep only what is needed.
Your choices. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to office@gfti.org.in.
